Thrivo is an app which enables individuals to message with dedicated psychologists to receive support on life goals and issues.
Catalyst team member Mark supported Thrivo in a number of areas. Firstly, several interviews were conducted to collection information on the public response to the product, providing analysis on the sector and identifying routes to market.
This was partnered with desk based research, which informed decisions made on partnerships and marketing.
Following these tasks, user experience testing was carried out in order to direct the features and usability of the website and app. Coupled with A/B testing in order to measure hit rate, Catalyst engagement led to more visitors driven to engage with the service.
