Insight Agents are corporate and brand storytellers, helping companies communicate their ideas effectively. They help businesses to thrive by crafting and telling better more authentic brand stories.
Catalyst Team member Luke was initially employed on an ad-hoc basis, but his continued work on developing projects means he now spends three days a week at Insight Agents helping to support their growing business.
During his time at Insight Agents Luke has taken on a wide range of roles. From assessing and compiling reports on brand language and content used by competitors, participating in a brand language workshop at Ebiquity’s headquarters, to drawing up website design briefs. Alongside these responsibilities, Luke has researched and secured guest speakers and bloggers to maximise the exposure of the Insight Agents brand.
Luke co-developed Birds Eye View – a diagnostic service analysing how readable and engaging readers find owned media content. By comparing the readability of these channels with each other and their competitors, Bird’s Eye View offers a straightforward understanding of the impression made by businesses and their competitor’s media output. Through lead-generation and email marketing Luke is furthering the service’s customer base.
