Catalyst has supported HeatCatcher through a variety of roles. Catalyst's first task involved research into the cement and lime industry, with the aim of generating a clear understanding of the market and how it works. Moving forward, Catalyst worked to develop a marketing strategy and understand what messages will be most appropriate for HeatCatcher's clients.
General research to gain an overview of the market.
Researching and contacting relevant individuals to conduct qualitative interviews.
Developing a script, running the interview, transcribing and coding the interviews.
Developing and writing a document outlining the interview findings.
Catalyst provided further support to HeatCatcher through web support. Their website needed sporadic monitoring and modifying. Petra & James have been updating information on the website, and troubleshooting and fixing any problems or issues that arise.
Petra further supported HeatCatcher by running their LinkedIn and Twitter accounts according to their social media marketing strategy. This involved increasing HeatCatcher’s following on Twitter and establishing the company as a thought-leader within the industry by sharing and engaging with content related to environmental issues and policy-making, specifically in relation to the energy market. Other responsibilities included publishing technical articles and blogs through WordPress and LinkedIn Pulse.
