Catalyst's role whilst supporting Fanzai was to conduct and write a market research report on the efficacy and role of social media in football, particularly for the younger generation of fans.
This meant liaising with relevant contacts within football clubs ranging from the Premier League to Football League 1 to obtain their insights on the matter. The majority of this insight came from conducting qualitative interviews, which later went through transcription and further analysis. The findings of these interviews as well as the market research was then presented to Ben Keogh, MD of Fanzai, for them to further develop their product.
